Provide episodic, preventive, and acute health care to newborns, infants, children and adolescents. Direct patient services including assessment, diagnosis, implementation of treatment, evaluation and monitoring of patient management plan. Behavioral Health Care Provider (BCP), organizes and implements the prescribed Behavioral Health Integrated Model of Care and clinical Psychotherapy for NVHC patients and their families; serves as a therapist and resource person for NVHC patients in accordance with the medical and behavioral plan of treatment; abides by the National Association of Social Work Code of Ethics for social work in a healthcare setting.
Work Location/Hours/Travel: Nevada- Las Vegas, Carson City, Elko; Full-time with varied work hours - primarily Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Travel may be required less than 20% of the time
